Right of withdrawal for consumers residing in the EU

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARCTURUS, email: info@arcturusclo.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by email.

Consequences of withdrawal  
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after notification of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

**Exclusion of the right of withdrawal**  
There is no right of withdrawal for:
- Custom-made products (e.g., print-on-demand)
- Items purchased as part of a discount promotion
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
