Shipping time:

Processing and shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery: 2–10 business days depending on the country. 

Please note that delays may occur during periods of high demand, holidays, or customs clearance.

Shipping costs:

The exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the product. Shipping may be free for certain promotions.

International delivery & customs:

We deliver worldwide. For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which must be paid by the recipient.

Returns & complaints

Returns & exchanges:

Returns or exchanges can only be made for valid reasons – for example, damaged or incorrectly delivered items. Items purchased as part of a discount promotion cannot be returned.

Defective or incorrect items:
