General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope  
These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses worldwide.

2. Contractual partner  
The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of contract  
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a non-binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you place a binding order by clicking on the order button. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email.

4. Prices and payment  
All prices are exclusive of statutory value added tax and shipping costs.

5. Delivery  
Delivery is made worldwide. Shipping could be carried out from various countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination region. Any import duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer.

6. Retention of title  
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal  
For consumers residing in the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal applies (see withdrawal policy below). This may vary for other countries.

8. Warranty  
The statutory warranty rights apply. 

9. Liability  
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health. We are only liable for other damages in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law  
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office in Switzerland.
